🛒 What is the order process?

1. Click on the selected product.
2. Choose the desired size or variation.
3. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
4. You can check your order by clicking on the cart icon.
5. Provide the necessary details and select the shipping method.
6. Accept the General Terms and Conditions and the Data Management Policy.
7. Finalize your order with credit card payment.

🧾 Where can I find the invoice?

After successful payment, the invoice will be sent to the email address provided.

If you require a company invoice, select the "Company invoicing" option when placing your order and provide the necessary details.

💳 What payment methods are available?

Our webshop only accepts credit card payments.

🚚 What shipping methods can I choose from?

Your order can be requested in the following ways:

• Express One home delivery – 1,990 Ft
• Express One home delivery with insurance – 2,490 Ft
• Express One parcel point delivery – 1,490 Ft
• Express One parcel point delivery with insurance – 1,990 Ft

If you choose insurance, in case of a damaged package, after photographic proof, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Without insurance, complaints must be reported directly to the courier service.

Express One will send you a delivery notification.

⏳ When will I receive my package?

Orders are usually prepared within 2-5 business days.

For larger orders (3 or more products) or during holiday seasons, the preparation time may change to 5-10 business days.

After dispatch, the package status can be tracked in the courier service's system.

↩ How can I return a product?

You can notify us of your intention to withdraw by email within 14 days of receipt.

You can return the product in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories.

Upon receipt, we will refund the price of the product.

The cost of return is borne by the buyer.
