GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Preamble
If you have any questions regarding these GTC, the use of the website, individual products, the purchasing process, or if you wish to discuss a specific request, please contact us using the details below.

3. Definitions (briefly)
Service Provider / Seller: the operator of the webshop indicated in point 2.
Buyer / Customer: the person placing an order on the website.
Consumer: a natural person acting outside their profession, independent occupation, or business activity.
Goods: the product displayed and available for purchase on the website.
Contract: the sales contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Buyer through the website.

4. Scope and Acceptance of the GTC
These GTC apply to orders placed on the https://annartcandle.hu website and to workshop bookings.
By finalizing the order / booking, the Buyer declares that they have read and accept these GTC.

5. Language and Form of the Contract
The language of the contract is Hungarian.
Contracts concluded through the website are not considered written contracts and are not filed by the Service Provider.

6. Essential Characteristics of Products
The essential characteristics of the products are contained on the product data sheet on the website.
The effects stated for the products named "Stress Free", "Romance", "Mind", "Happiness", "Calmness" are for informational purposes only; the products are not intended for medicinal use.

7. Prices
Prices are in Hungarian Forints (HUF).
The Service Provider is exempt from VAT, therefore prices do not include VAT.
Prices are indicative, and the Service Provider reserves the right to change them. Modifications do not affect already placed orders.

8. Incorrect Price
An obviously incorrect price is considered to be, in particular, a price of 0 HUF, or a strikingly different, incorrectly displayed price.
In case of an incorrect price, the Service Provider offers the possibility to purchase the product at its real price. The Buyer can decide to maintain or cancel the order.

9. Copyright / Content
The images, texts, and captions on the website are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Their copying or use is only possible with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.

10. How to Purchase (without registration)
Purchasing does not require registration.
The Buyer places the product in the cart, then provides the necessary data during the checkout process, selects the delivery method, accepts the GTC and the privacy policy, and finally pays for the order with a bank card.

11. Correction of Data Entry Errors
The Buyer can check and correct the entered data at any time before finalizing the order.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide accurate data (especially: name, email, phone number, shipping address), as fulfillment is based on this information.

12. Finalization of the Order, Conclusion of the Contract
The products and services (workshop) displayed on the website do not constitute an offer to contract on the part of the Service Provider.

By finalizing the order (by pressing the "Order" / "Payment" button) and accepting the GTC and the Privacy Policy, the Buyer declares that they have read the terms and accept them as binding.

The contract between the Buyer and the Service Provider is concluded when:
- the Buyer finalizes the order, AND
- the bank card payment is successful, AND
- the Buyer receives an electronic confirmation of the order.

The confirmation email contains the order details. If the Buyer notices an error in the confirmation (e.g., name, address, phone number), they are obliged to notify the Service Provider immediately by email.

13. Payment Method
In the webshop (for both products and workshop bookings/purchases), only bank card payment is available.

14. Shipping Methods and Fees (Express One)
Shipping is available only through the following methods:

- Express One home delivery: 1,990 HUF
- Express One home delivery with insurance: 2,490 HUF
- Express One parcel point delivery: 1,490 HUF
- Express One parcel point delivery with insurance: 1,990 HUF

Insurance:
If insurance is chosen, in case of a damaged package, we may request photographic proof, and in case of a justified complaint, we will send a replacement product free of charge.
Without insurance, claims for damages related to shipping must be reported to the courier service.

15. Fulfillment / Production Deadline
Product production typically takes 2–5 business days.
For larger orders (3 or more products) and during holiday periods, production time may increase to 5–10 business days.
Delivery time depends on the current commitments of the courier service.

16. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers)
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification, according to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.).

By downloading digital content, the buyer loses their 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.

Return:
The consumer must return the product within 14 days of notifying withdrawal at the latest.
The direct cost of return is borne by the consumer.
We are unable to accept packages sent cash on delivery or "postage due".

Refund:
In case of withdrawal, the Service Provider will refund the paid amount, including delivery costs (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method), within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal at the latest.
The Service Provider may withhold the refund until the product is returned, or the Buyer credibly proves its dispatch.

17. Warranty for Defects, Product Warranty
In the event of faulty performance by the Service Provider, the Buyer is entitled to warranty rights for defects according to the Civil Code and, in the case of consumer contracts, according to the relevant government decrees.
Detailed warranty rules are governed by current legislation.

The Service Provider will thoroughly investigate received complaints and strive for prompt resolution.

19. Conciliation Body, Consumer Protection, Court
In case of a consumer dispute, the Buyer is entitled to turn to a conciliation body, file a complaint with the consumer protection authority, or enforce their claim in court.

21. Workshop – Special Rules
Workshop participation is purchased through the webshop, with bank card payment.

Cancellation:
- At least 7 days before the announced date: free cancellation
- Within 7 days before the date: 50% of the participation fee is payable
- On the day before or on the day of the workshop: 100% of the participation fee is payable

Conduct and liability for damages:
Participants must behave in a cultured manner. Participants are obliged to compensate for any intentional damage caused to the premises and equipment.

23. E-book

Copyrights

Digital products available in the webshop are protected by copyright and are the exclusive intellectual property of AnnartCandle (Szluka-Fazekas Anna).

The purchased product may only be used for personal use.

It is prohibited to:
- copy
- distribute
- resell
- publicly share
- or transfer the product in any form to a third party

By downloading digital content, the buyer loses their 14-day right of withdrawal.

Such activities may result in legal consequences.

22. Final Provisions

Hungarian law applies to these GTC.
If any point of the GTC is invalid, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions.

Easter Surprise Promotion – terms and conditions

As part of Annart Candle's Easter promotion, customers are entitled to a surprise gift under the following conditions:

Mechanism of the promotion

During the promotion period:

every day, the first 2 orders containing physical products automatically receive a surprise gift
in addition, one more order per day will be selected to also receive a surprise gift
